When I arrive what should I do?
Please sign-in at the front desk and provide your name, arrival time, stylist name, phone & email address.
What should I do if I am running late?
As a courtesy, please contact your stylist immediately.
Are my children allowed in the salon?
Yes, we love children, however, due to space limitations and salon liability, children are only allowed when services are being rendered for them. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the waiting area only at all times until time for their scheduled service.
What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
As a courtesy to your stylist, please call your stylist within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
